No Refunds for Hair Restoration Services

Due to the nature of hair restoration services, including but not limited to treatments, procedures, and products, **we do not offer refunds** if you are dissatisfied with the results of the treatment. We do not provide refunds for hair restoration services, including scalp treatments, hair growth therapies, or related services, if the outcome does not meet your expectations.

Results may vary based on individual factors such as hair type, genetics, and adherence to aftercare instructions.  While we cannot offer refunds, we are always open to working with you to find solutions or alternative treatments should you feel the results are not as expected.

No Refunds for Naturopathic Wellness Services

In line with our approach to holistic and naturopathic care, we do not provide refunds for wellness services, such as consultations, nutritional counseling, herbal treatments, or wellness programs, once they have been rendered.

 Prepaid Packages:If you have purchased a package or series of wellness treatments and are not satisfied with your results, we may offer credit towards future services but **no refunds** will be issued.

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a potential exchange or replacement.

Responsibility for Hair Color and Extensions Compatibility

Hair extensions may require color processing, especially for blending with your natural hair. However, color results can vary due to a variety of factors. We are not responsible for color mismatches or any changes that occur to the extensions after the installation.

Coloring Extensions**: If you choose to have your extensions colored, we will do our best to match the shade to your natural hair. However, **hair extensions may not color in the same way as natural hair** due to the different composition of human versus synthetic hair. 

Compatibility of Extensions**: Color results on hair extensions may differ from the color results on natural hair, especially if your natural hair has been previously colored or chemically treated. We are not responsible for any **color variations**, **fading**, or **oxidation** that may occur after installation.

Shedding and Breakage of Hair Extensions

It is common for hair extensions to shed slightly during the first few days or weeks after installation as they settle into place. However, **excessive shedding or breakage** can occur if proper aftercare instructions are not followed.

Normal Shedding**: Minor shedding is normal and expected in the first few weeks. If you experience more shedding than expected, we are happy to assess the situation and offer recommendations.

Breakage**: Breakage can happen due to improper installation, rough handling, excessive heat styling, or not following aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for **hair breakage** or **damage** to natural hair or extensions that occur due to improper care or external factors.

 Irritation or Allergic Reactions

While rare, some clients may experience irritation or allergic reactions to the adhesive, extension application methods, or the hair itself.

Initial Sensitivity**: Some itching or mild irritation may occur after installation, but this should subside within a few days. If irritation persists, please contact us immediately for advice.

Allergic Reactions**: If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction to the hair or adhesive, please stop using the extensions immediately and seek medical attention. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur after the installation of hair extensions.

Responsibility for Installation
The installation of hair extensions requires skill, experience, and the right technique to ensure they are applied properly. Our studio will perform the installation with the utmost care and professionalism, but **we are not responsible for issues arising from improper care or handling after installation**.

Proper Installation**: We will assess your hair’s suitability for extensions and recommend the best method for installation (e.g., tape-ins, sew-ins, keratin bonds, clip-ins, etc.). If installation is performed correctly by our professionals, the extensions should remain secure.

Client Responsibility Post-Installation**: After installation, it is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided to maintain the integrity of your extensions. We are not responsible for **extensions coming loose, tangling, or damage** resulting from improper aftercare, styling, or maintenance.

 Aftercare and Maintenance

Proper aftercare is crucial for the longevity and health of both your natural hair and the extensions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage, tangling, shedding, or breakage.

Aftercare Instructions**: We provide all clients with detailed aftercare instructions, including how to wash, brush, and maintain your extensions. This includes using **extension-friendly products**, avoiding **heat damage**, and **regular maintenance appointments**. It is important that you adhere to these guidelines to avoid damage or discomfort.

Maintenance Appointments**: Hair extensions require regular maintenance, including tightening, adjusting, and possible reapplication of adhesive or bonds. These services are not included in the initial purchase or installation price. **Failure to keep up with regular maintenance** may result in damage to your natural hair or the extensions themselves.

 Client Responsibility for Hair Extension Care

As a client, you agree to take responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of your hair extensions after installation. This includes the following:

Washing: Wash hair extensions using **gentle, sulfate-free shampoos** and avoid vigorous scrubbing or rough towel-drying. Over-washing can lead to damage and color fading.

Combing and Brushing: Always use a **wide-tooth comb** or a special **extension brush** to avoid tangling or pulling on the extensions. **Never tug or pull** on extensions.

Heat Styling: If your extensions are made from 100% human hair, they can generally tolerate heat styling, but it should be done on a low heat setting and sparingly. Excessive heat styling can cause damage and lead to breakage.

Sleeping: Always tie your hair in a loose braid or wear a silk or satin pillowcase to prevent tangling during sleep.

Non-Refundable Policy

As stated, all hair extensions, including ready-made and custom orders, and the installation services are **non-refundable** under any circumstances, even if you are dissatisfied with the color, shedding, irritation, breakage, or the overall result. This includes:
