Late, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy
At Lucky Girl Wellness Studio, we strive to provide the best possible care and service to each of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and to respect the time of both our staff and clients, we have established the following Late, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy. Late Arrivals
We understand that life can sometimes cause unexpected delays. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we are able to accommodate our other clients.
Grace Period: If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
Late Fee: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee will automatically be charged to your account. This fee is to compensate for the lost time and scheduling disruptions caused by the delay.
– Please call us ahead of time if you know you will be late, and we will do our best to assist you.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows disrupt our ability to serve other clients and create scheduling challenges for our team.
No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full appointment cost This fee will be automatically billed to your account.
Missed Appointment: We consider any missed appointment where no prior cancellation notice is given as a no-show.
Cancellation Policy
At Lucky Girl Wellness, we understand that life happens and things don’t always go as planned. However, to maintain efficiency and ensure we can continue offering the best service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
Any appointment cancelled once booked will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee covers both the booking reservation and administrative costs associated with scheduling your appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full service cancellation fee, meaning you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service unless the appointment is rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability.
We deeply appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us provide consistent service to all of our clients while ensuring that we can offer available appointment times to those who need them.
If you experience an extreme emergency, please contact our admin team as soon as possible to discuss possible exceptions and avoid the cancellation fee.
